Non-Exclusive License Terms
You will receive MP3/WAV/STEMs of untagged beat based on license selected (along with this contract) upon purchase from Know the Shepherd’s Voice, LLC DBA Next Level Christian Beats.
Leasing rights allow you to use the beat for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to number copies included in licensing. Selling more than copies than included in license means you must acquire a new non-exclusive lease or the exclusive rights. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use since your contract predates exclusive sale.
Next Level Christian Beats will not receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads unless agreed upon before any distribution. You must however give full credit to the seller on all commercial recordings in one of the following formats:
“Produced by Next Level Christian Beats”
“Beat by Next Level Christian Beats”
“Original Music by Next Level Christian Beats”
You must also include credit to the seller as stated above on all physical media containing a portion or sum of the beat that is being licensed in this agreement. Including but not limited to CD’s, CD covers, Cassette tapes, Cards, Mixtapes, Websites, etc.
Upon purchasing leasing rights, Next Level Christian Beats still owns the beat(s) and is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.
By receiving this contract via email/download, you automatically agree to the terms stated above.

Upon purchasing exclusive rights, Next Level Christian Beats still owns the beat but is no longer able to resell the beat.
